AJ previously sold our home in Scottsdale and did a phenomenal job (see review separate from this one). We recently used AJ in a house purchase also. We’ve bought and sold many homes, and by far this was the most difficult transaction either we or AJ had faced: exceedingly dishonest, unethical, and obstructive seller’s agent and sellers trying not complying with the contract and trying to scuttle the deal for a better backup offer.
