My family and I cannot share in words enough how grateful we are to have chosen to work with AJ. From the first day we started with AJ he empowered us as sellers to set a plan, educate us via market insights and most of all care about us as a family and what we wanted/needed. AJ is very trustworthy and goes above and beyond expectations to get the job done. There were times where we were nervous and would call AJ or text him at a random time and AJ was there with words of encouragement, facts and what I appreciated most, he had a plan of action. From listing, showing, negotiations through CLOSE (yeah) AJ was so dependable and knowledgeable that if it weren’t for his persistence and agile thinking I’m not sure this sale would have happened.
